Below are the most frequently asked questions we routinely answer at RH Custom Guitars.
We offer a return policy: If returning because of damage during shipping, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving. If returning for any other reason, the buyer must return the guitar in the same brand new, original condition as it was when they received it. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. If any damage occurs during shipping to us, the customer is held liable for those damages (which is why shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended).
Of Course. Again, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us and any additional charges for parts and labor. Please call customer service for a quote. All repairs for a manufacturer defect will be the sole responsibility of RH Custom. Again, please contact customer service for any inquiries.
Absolutely. Please contact customer service. Once the guitar's specs are agreed upon, RH Custom requires a 50% deposit before construction begins. The other 50% will be due upon completion.
