Q: How are guitars shipped?

A: Fed Ex Ground within the United States (3-5 business days). International orders are shipped Fed Ex Express International (2-3 days)

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do offer a return policy: If returning because of damage during shipping, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving. If returning for any other reason, the guitar must be returned in the same, brand new, unblemished condition as it was received. Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. If any damage occurs during shipping to us, the customer is held liable for those damages (which is why insurance is HIGHLY recommended).

Q: Do you offer repairs?

A: Of Course. Again, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us, as well as any additional charges for parts and labor. Please call customer service for a quote. All repairs for a manufacturer defect will be the sole responsibility of RH Custom. Again, please contact customer service for any inquiries.

Q: Do you offer custom-made guitars per customer’s request.

A: Absolutely. Please contact customer service. Once the specs of the guitar are agreed upon, RH Custom requires a 50% deposit before construction begins. The other 50% will be due upon completion.
